We're thrilled to have you as part of the Gig community. As we strive to make your experience seamless and rewarding, we'd like to share some best practices that can help you secure the relief workers you need, when you need them.

1. Plan Ahead: We recommend posting your gigs 1.5 to 3 months in advance. This lead time allows us to find the best-suited relief workers for your needs.

2. Competitive Compensation: To attract quality relief workers quickly, we suggest offering $1,100 to $1,600 per shift for relief vets and $20 to $30 per hour for relief techs. The rate can vary based on your location, but higher compensation generally results in faster gig pickups.

3. Prompt Payment: Releasing payments the day after the gig not only fosters goodwill but also encourages relief workers to return for future gigs.

4. Detailed Descriptions: The more information you provide about the gig, the better. Detailed descriptions help set expectations and prepare relief workers for success from the moment they walk through your doors.
